The problem

Ordering machine parts from Chinese suppliers was slow: documents in several languages read by hand, stock spread over several warehouses, and no way to track an order's status.

What we built

A full ERP that uses AI (Google Gemini) to analyse documents automatically, with multiple languages and currencies, and LINE OA for talking to customers. LINE and the web app exchange data both ways without anyone in between: the system sends a quotation card into the chat and the customer confirms the order there; the confirmation and anything the customer sends back, such as a PO or a payment slip, flows into the web app and moves the order to its next status. Staff get low-stock reports per warehouse in LINE without opening the system.
